PLEASE AVOID USING OTHER WALK-IN CLINICS
Doing so reduces your quality of care; walk-in clinics usually do not send records of your visit back to your family doctor after your visit. Furthermore, use of walk-in clinics means that the Ministry of Health is being billed twice for your care; that translates into fewer resources for everyone. Also, your family physician will be obliged to repay the Ministry of Health for the cost of your walk-in visit. Repeated visits to unaffiliated walk-in clinics could result in you being de-rostered from your physician’s practice, losing access to virtual care options, and potentially being dismissed from your family doctor’s practice.
Same-Day Appointments
When you need urgent medical care, we offer same-day appointments available on a first call, first serve basis. Please call after 9 am on the day you wish to request a same-day appointment at (905) 338-0813.
Please note same-day appointments are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go immediately to your nearest Emergency Department or Hospital.
If the office is closed, our telephone line will provide a voice message giving you a number of options:
TELEPHONE HEALTH ADVISORY SERVICE (THAS)
Patients of the clinic may telephone a registered nurse at the Telephone Health Advisory Service, Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM and 24 hours a day on weekends and holidays.

The THAS nurse will suggest ways to address your health concerns such as recommending an appointment with your doctor, telling you how you can treat the problem yourself or advising you to go to the emergency department.
FHO AFTER HOURS CLINICS (AHC)
The 29 physicians of the Trafalgar Sheddon & Associates Family Health Organization (FHO) take turns seeing FHO patients with urgent problems after hours. If calling our affiliate after hours clinics, please call after 4:30pm only:
